Commissions

My working days are Tuesday – Saturday.
I reserve the right to decline any commission requests. Reasons may be not being comfortable with the design, etc.
Significant changes can only be made in the sketching phase. Once I start the outlines and rendering, only a change in color is possible. If you need more changes, I can do so for an additional fee.
I try to prioritize existing clients as far as possible.
You are allowed to reupload the artwork in it’s pure form but not allowed to edit it in any way (this includes putting filter over the artworks, etc.) without permission.
Credit to me, Yumizu, and either my homepage or any social media linking must be made wherever you use or (re-)upload the artwork.
I’m allowed to post the artwork and the sketches of the artwork on my social media, portfolio as well as streaming the drawing process. If you don’t wish so I’m keeping the artwork private for an additional fee.
Do not upload WIP’s (work in progress pictures) or sketches that I send you without permission.
I won’t draw in specific styles. Please be sure that my style is what you are looking for.

For local tax law reasons, an invoice has to include the address of both, the biller and the recipient. Personal data that is needed for the invoice, such as full name, address, e-mail, etc. will only be used for the purpose of writing the invoice. It will never be stored or appear anywhere seperated than on the invoice.
Distribution, verbally or written, of any of the personally identifiable and generally inaccessible information used for the invoice will result in a criminal complaint.

In case of a commission inquiry, please include the service you are interested in and a detailed description of the desired design as well as visual references.
Not having visual references or an insufficient description may increase the price.
Due to different monitor calibrations, the colors and contrast of the artwork can look different on different monitors. To make sure that I use the exact colorpalette that looks how you want it on your monitor, you can provide me a color palette I can colorpick from or the hex codes.

If not discussed otherwise, payment must be sent within 72 hours after the invoice was sent, if not, another commissioner will get the place in queue. Reservations can’t be made.
Payment must be received in full before I start the commission. Partial payment for vtuber model commissions can be discussed.
Payment must be made in Euro.
Refunds are possible if commission has not been started. No refunds after I started the commission.
Working with a strict deadline increases the costs.

Delivery time of finished artwork varies depending on the volume of requests and/or the complexity of your order/design. You will be informed in advance about the working time for your specific commission.
Commissions are sent in digital form only.
File size of the artwork depends on the type of artwork.
– Emotes come in the sizes 28 x 28px, 56 x 56px, 112x112px and the original resolution of 300x300px.
– Badges come in the sizes 18x18px, 16x16px and 72x72px and the original resolution of 300x300px.
– Chibi artworks come in the size 2500x2500px.
– Portrait artwork come in the size 2480x3508px (DIN A 4 ratio).
– Vtuber Models come in the size 3300x5700p x (full-body) and 4300x4300px (half-body) (approximately, final size is depending on the actual design).
Bigger resolutions are possible for an addional fee (except for Vtuber models), please tell me before I start drawing.

General Usage

You receive the work files in full resolution. If you want the source file, there are additional fees.

Non-Exclusive License

Exclusive License

If you don’t want me to reuse, copy, resell, license the work to another entity as part of the same fields of use, alter the work or make derivative works based on the work, you need to obtain an exclusive license. Everything stated under “Non-Exclusive License” will be applicable here as well.
The exclusive license will not expire.

Commercial License

You need to get a commercial license for making stickers, patreon rewards, any kind of merchandise.
The commercial license will not expire.

Copyright

Everthing above applies to “VTuber models” as well.
If you commission me for the ready-to-rig artwork only, you must provide me the contact information of the rigger. I will hand over the file to your rigger directly.
If you want the source file of the artwork (.psd), f.e. so another artist can add different outfits, accessoires, etc. to the model, there is an additional fee of 500 EUR.
If you want the source file of the rigged model (.cmo3), f.e. so another rigger can add additional movements, expressions, etc. to the model, there is an additional fee of 1000 EUR (.psd file included).
Note: If you want to stream with your vtuber avatar, the source file is not needed. The source file is only needed if you want to change the fundameltals of the model, like changing the movements, etc.

Please keep in mind that your right of withdrawal doesn’t apply to every shop item, such as custom-made products. For more information please look at Right of Withdrawal.

I make every effort to display the product colors and images that appear on the shop as accurate as possible. I cannot guarantee that your computer monitor’s display of colors will be accurate.
The fur I’m using for the crafted items is a faux fur only. The faux fur is high in quality and has a high density.
